YOU WILL

Be part of our IT operations team, which currently consists of five skilled colleagues responsible for running and further developing the company's internal infrastructure on the global stage. Your function is part of a larger organization and includes Servicedesk that manages first and second line, as well as a dedicated Business systems team that supports our applications. 

You will be involved in the introduction of new systems and updates and will manage the company's employees with IT support, maintenance, troubleshooting and installations and act as 3rd line. We are in a robust development phase where we are placing a strong focus on automation, digitalization and building the IT of the future in a scalable manner, with satisfied end-users as a result.

Some of your tasks and responsibilities:

• Setup, operation and monitoring of hardware such as Servers
• Installation, configuration and monitoring of Windows Server operating systems including associated system services
• To act as an all-in-one technician for our systems, both on-premises and in the cloud
• Manage the local and cloud servers deployed at our offices on various locations
• 3rd line support
• Being the point of contact towards our outsourcing provider

With your experience and technical know-how, you work effectively and are willing to pass your knowledge to others. For this role, you need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

We expect you to have several years of experience in a related field and relevant educational background. Since we operate globally, it is advantageous for you to have previously worked in international companies and successfully navigated different cultures. To succeed in the role, you need to have a solid understanding of the field and a strong passion for problem-solving in a Windows environment. It is advantageous to have experience from several of the following systems and products; Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, Azure AD, EndPoint Manager, Security, Azure Iaas and PaaS, Azure VM, Virtual Networks / Firewalls, Azure Storage and Azure SQL.
