THE CHALLENGE
Nederman is a global leader in sustainable solutions for industrial air filtration. Their IoT platform – enabling connected products and smart services – had long been developed by an external partner abroad. But to take the next step, the company decided to bring all development in-house – and build an entirely new IoT department locally, with the help of a recruitment partner specialised in tech and IT.
