    Kick-off and analysis
    Every assignment starts with a kick-off meeting and a deep-dive analysis. We don’t just look at the role – we get to know your business, your goals, and what it truly takes to succeed long-term.

    Requirements and timeline
    Together, we define a clear set of requirements and set a realistic timeline to ensure pace and availability throughout the process.

    Search – our craft
    This is where the active search begins. Over 4–6 weeks, we work in a structured, data-driven way to identify, approach, and engage the right candidates. We use multiple channels: LinkedIn, our own networks, and Nexer Group’s internal network.

    Selection and in-depth interviews
    We make an initial selection, contact candidates, and carry out in-depth interviews with the most relevant profiles. Each candidate is assessed based on the requirements and potential – and benchmarked against the market.

    Candidate presentation
    We present 1–3 shortlisted candidates, all thoroughly researched and clearly documented: experience, availability, salary expectations, and why they’re a match. Always with transparency. Always with quality.
