    IT Manager with Emphasis on Digital Transformation

    Diab Group is a global company specializing in the development, manufacture, and sale of core materials for composite structures used in applications such as wind turbine blades, aircraft components, and marine vessels. As the company experiences growth and recognizes the increasing importance of IT in its expansion, Diab has made digitalization a key focus area. They are enhancing digitalization efforts by modernizing their IT environment and systems and by recruiting a central IT Manager for the newly established IT organization.

    Nexer Recruit’s mission for Diab Group has been to recruit a Group IT Manager with global IT responsibilities. This role demands strong leadership experience and a broad IT skillset, covering infrastructure, networks, and security.

    The IT Manager plays a critical role in driving digitalization, modernizing the IT environment, and leading various IT initiatives.
